All this workout had its efects! The scale today (the pattern is to only measure wheight on fridays, but that's a detail) pointed : 108 Kgs! To more accurate 108,8, so, I reduced 200 grams in 1 month.
Fuuck! 0,2 kgs!! Considering that I have to achieve the 98kgs and having this average of 0,2 kgs per month I'll probably reach my target around ... NEVER!
I have to run more, a lot more!
